I can't see people going through all that trouble. If you are going to make it damn near impossible for citizens to legally own a registered handgun you are going to have alot more "criminals".

Law abiding citizens do not deserve to have the rights provided to them by the constitution made so difficult. They are just doing this so when the time comes to take away all of the guns they will know exactly where all the guns are at.
