how about this: I will address you according to merit as it should be, dont act like a idiot and I will not call you one, dont act like a %^&&*( and I will not call you one...

...oh and if I do not know your first name, I am going to call you "hey you" black, white, green I dont care, you will be addressed as "hey you" I am not going to shout "african American" across a room to get your attention, so live with it.
