So...a few saturdays ago was my graduation. I've got my diploma. Next step is college. I live about 90 miles from Tallahassee (an hours drive) and I got accepted to TCC (Tally Community College). I'm going for my A.A. for two years and then onto a university. Last Monday was orientation and the place is great. I've already got my classes lined up for the week. Great part is I'm only there for 2-3 hours a day! And then yesterday was the fun part. We spent all day finding housing. Me and two other buddies found a 4br/2ba 1,400-sq ft apartment in a gated community, fully furbished with couches, tv, kitchen, the works! So we signed a 12-month lease yesterday and are slated to move in August 1st. I can't wait! Time to get out of this redneck in-the-woods town and into a city with life and things to do and away from the parents. Not to mention I turn 18 in July AND my dad signed the truck over to my name for a whole dollar. So I bought this awesome truck for a freaking dollar, lol. Maybe next I'll do custom plates... So yeah, I'm just blowing off some excitement. :banana:

congrats! but Tallahassee isn't a "big" city by any means. Some of the best times in your life are about to happen.

Im in a similar situatuon right now. Just gradutated highschool, signed a lease for an apartment a few months ago and move in sometime in august, got accepted to Texas A&M University. Its only 25min from my house but oh well, lol. Im excited and nervous about whats about to happen.

congrats on graduating on time frist off.....but super seniors have more fun i was on the 5 year plan i should know Wink

any ways going to a CC is alot more fun if i say so my self i love the college i go to layed back not to many kids in the classes and not as crazy as a normal college.
