I say we take dade county as an example, change 2500 ft to 2500 miles and apply it nationwide

i have a problem with it to an extent. a lot of guys get nailed for rape when they didnt. also, in CA, peeing on the side of the road = indecent exposure = sex offender

Here in AZ if you moon someone in public and the cops see it you can get arrested and then you have to register as a sex offender.
I say that rapists and child molesters can gtfo etc. but not people that are forced to be registered sex offenders for stupid shit they did when they were probably wasted. |

I also believe very strongly that anybody ever convicted of rape or child molestation she be castrated, made to live as the cell block concubine for a term not less than ten years, and then executed
and dont give me anyofyur civil rights liberal tendency BS on that one

Where do I sign to approve this?
Funny thing is, in most states now, any person under 18 who sends a picture of them naked and the receiver of the picture (if caught) have to file as sex offenders. So a 14 year old girl who sends a dirty picture to timmy, and is caught.....both are now registered sex offenders due to the distributing, and possesion of child pornography. |

if both the sender and the recipient are under age (and within a reasonable age difference) its kids doing stupid shit, if a 40yo man is trying to get into the pants of a 14yo he needs to be disemboweled with a chrysler new yorker
