I can adjust the session length, IE how long you stay signed in, with no activity,
I just set it to 13600 seconds, (226 min give or take)
but to change the time on the frontpage that refreshes every 5 min I cant change

the "whos online" only refreshes at a certain rate, (again that I cannot change) sometimes it takes a bit
