The last time we had the most members online the fucking site was down. I was drunk as fuck and PM'ing PO. He had no idea WTF was up. Bullshit I tell ya! FUCKING BULLSHIT! Let's do this! Saturday at 4:20! Who's in?

on VB you would be correct,
on here I dont even think I can access those files to change them this is a frrebie forum, on a ferrbie host, with not a lot of changes that can be made, now the vb board EVERYTHING is customizable, so if we wait till the vb is up no problem

trust me I looked it aint there, but if we are going for sat afternoon, its not an issue because hell or high water(in other word if I can get the backup copy installed or not) the new board will be up and running around, 6am MST so we can do it there

It was there when I was an admin on a phpBB board, and this was a couple of years ago. It was a simple matter of adjusting the time to show how long members are logged on, and submit, or save. Done!
It sure made the board look much busier than it actually was

are you talking about the time out on the sign in? |
That might be it. I can't remember. This was a while ago, but I clearly remember that feature being there and it takes no time at all. |
