That's just wrong. What a fucking crock of shit. That's worse than that ASSociation in TX that wouldn't let the guy park a F-150 in his driveway, but Mark LT's and Avalanches were allowed.

HOA's can be good for certain things but they cause more hamr than good. Especially if the person in charge is like the mods over at F150online. Wink

HOA's can keep the value of your home up. They make sure your property doesnt turn into crap. Some people are really lazy/dirty and dont give a shit if their yard or house looks like shit. The HOA forces them to keep the neighborhood looking good. I know I wouldnt buy a house if the neighborhood has people with refridgerators and junk cars in the front yard.
