25 is young, you and a few are exceptions to the rule and the rule is young people are unintelligent(as in real intelligence not book learning), selfish, dumb shits that I would not want voting on the issue as to whether or not a dog can shit on the sidewalk. let alone cast votes that direct the direction of the country. and yes I will correct, a knowledge test that has to cover the constitution, bill of rights, general government workings, and some general questions about the state they live in.

IE: general government question #1 if you cannot name the president, vice president and speaker of the house you DO NOT GET TO VOTE.
