The DA is trying to work a deal with the Atty's for the dispensary to back off on the multi-million dollar civil suit so they can drop the charges. If they don't back down on the civil suit, it is going to be drawn out as long as possible and go to a trial. They have refused to back down on the civil suit so they are scheduled to start the trial at the end of this month. Should be interesting to see how this all pans out.
