Lynch is an awesome guy, its a shame he is serving anytime at all. Really, just an all around nice dude, at least from what I have heard.

He was doing everything perfectly legal in the state of CA. Only laws broken inside his business were broken by an employee, if I remember it right. Dankle probably knows more about it.

Not giving the 5 year min is a start, but its still a shame, to have laws such as these in "the land of the free".

Yeah and he was doing it all for his kid and the people that actually depended on medical marijuana too...

What a shame.
