I have a 2007 Arctic Cat 400CC 4 wheeler as some may know.

The temptation to go deep has started to make it where I push my luck. So this Friday I have the day off and have decided to built snorkels for the bike. In total I will have 3 pipes, 1 for engine intake, 1 for the CVT intake and 1 for the CVT exhaust. I am also going to bring up the crank case vent hose and carb drain hose to prevent those from getting any water in them.

I will make sure and take plenty of pics to show how I do everything. I figure the CVT exhaust will be the hardest part because I have to take it from the back of the bike all the way to the front.

After this I am adding 28" tires and a 2" lift kit. Its going to be one bad mofo

You know I had 2 zuks. Loved them but storage is a bitch as it trailer rental. I could have bought a trailer but them I would have had to pay for storage on that also. I pussed out on the snorks and make an appointment to have it one custom made by bayou snorkels. They are doing it for me around Christmas

That's cool, a little on the huge side though. When I had my warrior I was floating through a stream and the water was up to the tank. I never got any water in the airbox or anywhere water shouldn't go for that matter. Are you going to ride this thing through a river? Where do you find mudholes that deep??? Not knocking ya just curious

Did a very crude leak down test of plugging the intake at idle, 5 minutes later it still had a vac on the plug. Crude yes, although it was the best method I had avail at the time

Actually yes Laughing the Colorado River here in Houston.
We also ride at a local creek and the water gets 4 ft deep in many places. I cant tell you the number of bikes we have swamped out trying to cross the creek.
