Guy from here was speeding in another state, cop guy busted for cultivation. $50k bail and held for a month on the bogus charges.

So, was the dude cruising around with potted ganja plant(s) in his ride or freshly uprooted plant(s)? I don't get how the cop busted him for "cultivation" if he was pulled over for speeding in a different state. Maybe I'm not understanding something?
