That's just government hogwash. 
I know a lot of people that have been smoking massive amounts of crazy good weed and hash for many years with no such symptoms. There are also tons of others that do the same.

Well, a lot of people use marijuana to remedy those symptoms. Maybe he needs to smoke more?
Taking a hot bath or shower speeds up the comedown so it sounds like the people can't handle the amount of marijuana they are consuming?

Maybe the dumb fuck can't control his munchies and eats way damn too much which in turn causes "bouts of vomiting."
Not sure, but that is what it sounds like to me. A rookie getting to damn high and making cannabis look bad.
