Its about Charlie Lynch and him getting arrested for growing MJ and selling it to people who need it for medical reasons. They prosecuted him under federal law not state law. It perfectly legal in california.

What else is new... the DEA raids completely legal dispensaries all the time under federal law.

na I missed it. But I know of plenty stories just like that. Its pretty common place. Its happening farther and fewer between, but it still happens.
