Nice piece! Looks like it will rip like a champ. I also have a $8 travel piece. The dude in the store where I bought it kept saying it was unbreakable, I was like yeah I've heard that before. So the dude chucks the pipe across the store against the wall picks it up, chucks it again across the room, picks it up, smacks it against the glass counter and chipped a piece of the counter off. Shocked

I didn't buy the one he chucked and smacked, but the same style. I have dropped it off my lap onto asphalt several times, and even kicked it once accidentally after dropping it on the concrete. Not even a chip. Laughing

Yeah my small travel pipe has sort of thin glass but it's tough enough to chill in my pocket without me having to worry about it.

My bubbler is JUST small enough to fit in my 'secret pocket' in my cargo shorts that I always use for that sorta stuff. I'm going to use it as my regular piece and my 'special occasion' travel piece.
I wish I could hit my bong more often but it's a pain to get out of its hiding spot and set up, plus there always seems to be at least one other person at my house nearly all the time. It's hard to be stealthy with a 21" bong. Laughing

You should bring your piece on your road trip to CA, if you are still planning on rolling through. It would be cool to have a multi-bong GDRejects session. I'll bring mine and MT has a few, I'll also have some hash to burn.

I know what you mean on trying to be stealth with a fat ass bong. Not too many other objects make that distinct bubbling noise. Laughing

Within the next couple days here I'm going to buy an ash catcher for my bong. The shop I got that bubbler from is awesome, they have all sorts of cool stuff. The one I'm looking at is about 4" tall and 2" in diameter. It's a clear glass cylinder, the kind with the bowl built right into it, non-diffused downstem. Then my bong will be double percolated. Very Happy

Yeah man it's awesome, the carb is just the right size and the downstem is about an 1/8" from the bottom of it, plenty far enough under water. And you could probably hit it as hard as you wanted to because of the pinch near the bowl and how the neck is shaped.

I saw a darker blue ash catcher that looks like a little bubble on top of a bigger bubble, around the same color as your bong. I'll see if I can take a picture of it for you and maybe I can hook it up.
The ash catcher I found for mine matches perfectly, because it's just clear glass lmao.

That would be sick if you could hook it up. None of the shops around here have anything close to the blue of my bong, mostly only red colored ash catchers. If you get a chance send me a pic and price and I can PayPal you some loot or something.

I stopped by 3 different smoke shops. Trails didn't have anything worth looking at, DJ's Smoke Shop didn't have any at all, and Cannibals had one that might be a close match to your bong. Not quite sure. I snapped some pictures, if you see one you like then I know the prices on them and I can give you an estimate including shipping.

Also, I forgot to ask what the bowl size is on your bong, 18.8mm or 14mm? The ones outside the glass case are all 18.8mm and the shot I took of the ones inside the glass case are 14mm.

BTW the pictures make that solid blue ash catcher look lighter than it actually is, there's a shit ton of fluorescent lights in there.

Is the price what it says or haggled down?

For the bowl size, are you asking what the I.D. of the down-stem is or the O.D. of the bowl stem or what?

Outer diameter of the bowl stem. Measure it at the largest point, it should be either 14mm or 18.8mm, those are the two standard sizes for bowls. Yours is glass on glass though right?

And the price on the sticker is typically the price you pay. I might be able to haggle him down a little if I buy one for me and one for you at the same time. I just have to make sure the chill guy is there. There's this new guy that doesn't know his shit at all, I asked to see 18.8mm bowls once and he tried to tell me they didn't exist until I pointed at them hahaha.

Here I just snapped a picture of me measuring my bowl.

18.8mm is 0.74 inches and 14mm is 0.55 inches. Measure at the largest point on the rough glass.

My piece is not glass on glass yet, but I have used my friends glass on glass bowl on my bong and it worked fine. I plan to get a glass on glass down-stem here in the near future anyway though. It is a Skyglass, so I assume it would be 18.8mm? I am sure the blue one would work, and if not, I'll make it work. Very Happy
